Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of

digital marketing

and

eCommerce operations

.You will help create, organise, and evaluate marketing activities around our core pillars --

Used Device Sales, Trade-ins, and Instalment Plans

-- while ensuring our online and store-level content stays aligned.You'll also assess and improve the customer journey from browsing online to purchasing in-store or via WhatsApp.

This role suits someone who

creates content themselves

(e.g., built a personal TikTok/IG audience organically) and understands what resonates with everyday Malaysian consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing (Primary)

Review, propose, and execute digital marketing concepts for our key business pillars. Analyse performance of previous campaigns and recommend new ideas or improvements. Work with our Graphic Designer to push out consistent, relevant, and timely content across all store social media accounts. Help create short-form content briefs or shoots (bonus if you can shoot/edit yourself). Monitor competitor activities, trends, and content formats that resonate with value-focused Malaysian audiences.

eCommerce Operations (Secondary)

Identify experience gaps in the

online ? chat ? store

journey and propose improvements. Review online listings and ensure product information, pricing, visuals, and CTAs remain accurate and optimised. Track store-level activities (content posting, campaigns, promotions) to ensure alignment with HQ marketing. Support small operational tasks related to promotions, campaign rollouts, and customer-facing messaging.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Multimedia, or related fields.

Hands-on content creation experience

-- ideally you've grown your own IG/TikTok from 0 to 2-3k followers or built an audience through consistent posting. Strong sense of what Malaysian consumers respond to in social media content. Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in suggesting improvements. Able to work physically at our Sunway Velocity Office.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
