Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall planning and implementation of clients' account growth
across marketplaces and social media platforms, with a focus on maintaining health and achieving sales targets.
Identify and initiate effective campaigns
to enhance clients' account growth. Monitor and analyse sales performance, conversion rates, and key metrics (GMV, AOV, ROI).
Develop strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Plan and execute platform campaigns . Identify new revenue opportunities through campaigns, vouchers, bundles, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives.
Oversee online store setup, optimization, and daily operations.
Develop, implement, monitor, and report on clients' sales processes and account plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis to meet/exceed sales targets.
Collect client data and metrics for in-depth analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement to ensure optimization of product and store presentation.
Cross-Team Collaboration.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth end-to-end e-commerce operations.
Ensure client satisfaction
by addressing complaints with care and identifying optimal solutions to resolve customer concerns.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
to maintain a positive customer experience and repeat business.
Conduct regular meeting and provide timely updates
to clients on their account sales performance, offering valuable insights for potential changes and improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in E-commerce/ Marketing/ Advertising/ Media Planning/ Arts and Creative/ Business or equivalent.
Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce industry.
Experience in E-commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada) is a strong plus.
Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Results-oriented, self-starter and good team player.
