Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings

with accurate details and clear photos Run

promotions, flash sales,

and voucher campaigns on

other e-Commerce platforms

Monitor and improve product visibility

using keywords and tags Handle

customer inquiries and chats professionally

in BM and English

Coordinate daily with the warehouse t

o ensure fast order dispatch Track stock levels and

update listings based on availability

Respond to platform ratings,

feedback, and performance dashboards

Take and edit basic product photos

for visual consistency

Report weekly sales and platform insights

to management

Suggest improvements to boost sales,

listing quality, and operations

Qualifications:

Language:

Fluent in

Bahasa Malaysia

&

English

(written & spoken)

Analytical Skills:

Able to understand

other e-Commerce platforms

dashboards and generate insights

Photo Editing:

Basic skills using tools like Canva or mobile photo apps

Experience:

Prior work with e-commerce platforms & understanding with car parts will be an advantaged.

Personality:

Positive, responsible, proactive, and customer-friendly
