Job Description

Platform Management - Maintain online stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, including product listings, updates, and pricing adjustments. Marketing & Traffic Operations - Assist in planning promotions, campaign execution, and running ads (TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and sales. Customer & Supply Chain Coordination - Handle customer inquiries, coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfilment and returns, and liaise with purchase team for restocking. To explore and improve e-commerce platform sales by effectively utilizing all available and upcoming e-platform marketing tools.
Job Requirement

Diploma or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 0-2 years of experience in eCommerce backend operations, including catalog and inventory management, bulk product uploads, SKU management, and promotion setup. Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok or similar.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
