Monitor stock level and plan for timely replenishment to ensure sufficient stock level.
Formulate monthly promotion mechanics on a BAU basis and Mega campaigns to achieve sales targets.
Prepare monthly sales forecast, trade spending budgeting, and inventory forecast.
Coordinate with digital marketing agency based on each campaign\'s requirement.
Create a good relationship with the platform\'s Key Account Manager and have frequent meetings to review performance, discussion on campaigns, and ways to increase more visibility and further improve on current performance.
Conduct data analysis on stores in Lazada & Shopee to evaluate post mega campaign performance and to identify the key takeaways and areas for improvement in the next campaign.
Monitor, analyze, and leverage market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor information.
Create artwork brief for store banners and liaise with graphic designers for the artwork outcomes.
Daily store operation includes monitoring and analyzing daily performance, feed posting, customer engagement, promotion mechanics submission, product listing creation, upload store deco.
Daily analysis of Key accounts\' business performance key metrics: Gross merchandise value, item sold, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, basket size, average revenue per buyer.
Retail account management: manage pricing competitiveness, monitor stock availability, monthly bottom-up stock forecast to ensure sufficient inventory to cater for mega campaigns, monitor stock movement and plan for promotion to reduce slow-moving stocks
Work closely with cross-functional teams in campaigns and strategic projects, namely Marketing, Pricing, Sourcing and Operations, Logistics team, brand appointed service providers and distributors
Develop, formulate and implement online sales strategies, e-Commerce sales plans to drive, grow and maximize brand equity and presence.
Establish and maintain company website and social media platforms with up-to-date content, product information, giveaway contests and promotions.
