Involve in providing creative social content align with the brand direction for brand\'s social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc) while ensuring brand image consistency. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and conversion. Manage online marketplaces (Such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok) and create engaging content for increased brand visibility and customer engagement. Perform aftersales service and chat reply to maintain the marketplace account health in healthy condition. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure effective and innovative marketing initiatives. Collaborative spirit Essential. You\'ll support other departments seamlessly. Requirements At least 3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce. Hands-on experiences for Shopee & Lazada 2-3 years of experience in Social Media marketing (eg:TikTok and XiaoHongShu, youtube). Familiar in SEO and SEM Understanding concepts for marketing Promotion and Campaign. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great customer service/after-sales service. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
