E-Commerce Executive

:

Manage all e-commerce platforms:

Oversee daily operations for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, GrabFood, Foodpanda and others-- including product listings, updates, pricing, stock levels, landing pages, and overall store performance.

Drive online sales & marketing activities:

Plan and run online campaigns, promotions, live sessions, and content activities to boost visibility, sales, and customer engagement across all platforms.

Handle orders & customer service:

Manage the full order process, tracking, returns, and customer inquiries through chat/live chat--ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly support.

Optimize product performance & marketplace ranking:

Use data, SEO, paid ads, competitor checks, and marketplace tools to improve conversion rate, sales growth, product visibility, and overall store ranking.

Perform reporting & data analysis:

Track sales, ads performance, customer behavior, and inventory. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and provide insights to improve online strategies.

Support cross-team operations:

Work with marketing, logistics, inventory, customer service, and external partners. Assist in content updates, TV show/production coordination, and other tasks assigned by management.

Experience managing major e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, GrabFood, and Foodpanda -- keeping our online shelves neat, updated, and ready for customers. Good understanding of e-commerce trends, SEO, SEM, and online advertising, including landing page setup and performance optimization. Strong analytical skills, able to read sales data, customer trends, and performance reports using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Google Analytics. Reliable customer service skills, including handling live chat support with quick, clear, and friendly responses. Good communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is a plus), with the ability to work well with different teams and solve issues calmly and efficiently. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and deliver consistent results.
