Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on promotions, flash sales, and voucher campaigns.
Design and optimize shop layouts and visual assets to enhance brand alignment.
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to guide product selection and strategies.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, design, and logistics for seamless operations.
Monitor customer feedback to improve service and offerings.
Create engaging content for online campaigns, including social media and email.
Requirement:
1-2 years of e-commerce experience preferred; all qualified candidates encouraged to apply.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in e-commerce or related fields.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
Skills in market competitor analysis and e-commerce data compilation.
