Manage product listings, pricing updates, and campaign setup across online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
Coordinate promotional activities, banners, and campaign timelines with internal teams.
Track and analyze sales performance and campaign KPIs; assist in reporting and optimization.
Oversee order fulfillment and inventory accuracy with third-party logistics.
Support livestream initiatives (planning, hosting, and backend operations), recruit and collaborate with KOL/KOC for content.
Stay updated on social commerce trends and assist with broader digital marketing tasks.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, TikTok Shop, livestreaming, or marketplace operations
Confident, outgoing personality with willingness to appear in livestream sessions.
Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities and initiative to improve processes.
Excellent communication skills with strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and contribute ideas proactively.
