Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for market place ads setting (ads keyword, ROI, CPC, etc).
Familiar with Tiktok / Facebook ads will be added advantage.
Generate performance reports and analyze data to improve sales and marketing strategies.
Plan, coordinate, and execute effective digital promotion campaigns and advertising strategies across the market place.
Use google analytics and/ or social media digital search and ad tools, devise and implement campaigns to boost traffic.
Monitor the ongoing performance of online promotions, online campaign results and marketing campaign, making recommendations for change and improvement.
Conducting research and analysing data based on business insights (e.g. ads spend, ranking target, impression, user engagement conversion rate, traffic, etc).
Work with the team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth, engagement, promotion, and conversion.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Diploma in E-commerce/ Marketing/ Advertising/ Media Planning/ Arts and Creative/ Business or equivalent.
Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce industry.
Experience in E-commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada) is a strong plus.
Basic understanding on marketing as the candidate is expected to propose idea for voucher, promotion and bundle deals.
Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Results-oriented, self-starter and good team player.
