Job Description

To manage and optimize the company's online sales channels, ensuring smooth operations, strong brand visibility, and revenue growth across marketplaces such as

Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora

, and other digital platforms. The role requires strategic and hands-on experience in managing online campaigns, product listings, and marketplace engagement to strengthen brand presence and sales performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations



Manage day-to-day operations across all online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.). Ensure accurate and optimized product listings (titles, pricing, stock levels, descriptions, images). Monitor order processing, fulfillment, and delivery timelines to meet SLAs. Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams for issue resolution and timely delivery.

Campaign & Promotion Management



Plan, coordinate, and execute e-commerce campaigns, including vouchers, flash sales, add-on deals, and brand days. Manage campaign submissions and negotiate for better visibility opportunities (Daily Shocking Sales, Super Brand Day, etc.). Collaborate with marketplace account managers to secure participation in platform-wide campaigns and exclusive deals.

Performance & Analytics



Track, analyze, and report sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Monitor store ratings, chat response rates, and fulfillment performance to ensure top-tier store health. Identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Cross-Department Collaboration



Work closely with marketing, operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, stock, and pricing. Support digital marketing initiatives (ads, social media promotions, influencer collaborations). Liaise with marketplace representatives for ongoing partnerships and optimization strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.

2-5 years of experience

in E-Commerce / Marketplace account management (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok). Strong understanding of online retail operations, marketing campaigns, and data analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and marketplace backend tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset, proactive, and detail-oriented. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Added Advantage



Prior experience in

FMCG, beauty, or health & wellness industries.

Hands-on experience in

managing campaigns, livestreams, or affiliate marketing.

Familiarity with

data reporting, sales dashboards, and marketplace ads.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
