E-Commerce Executive

Short Description:

Royal Selangor is seeking detail-oriented and proactive candidates with excellent technical and communication skills. The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing the website platform and performance, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating with external vendors to optimise e-commerce activities.

Manage the e-commerce website platform and monitor its performance to ensure seamless operation. Optimise website conversion rates through analysis, testing and implementing improvements. Serve as the primary bridge between business teams and technical vendors for website-related matters. Handle platform administration, including content updates, basic technical troubleshooting and reporting. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects, updates and solutions. Identify and resolve technical or operational issues to maintain smooth e-commerce operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, processes and improvements.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM), Certificate, or Diploma, or equivalent. Preferably 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce platform management, website administration or technical coordination. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, content management, reporting tools and basic technical troubleshooting. Experience with

or similar e-commerce platforms is an added advantage. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational and teamwork skills. Ability to manage processes, timelines and deliverables efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a bonus.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
