Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
Print shipping labels, prepare parcels, and arrange courier pickups.
Update inventory records and assist with stock counts.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
SPM and above
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for tracking orders and stock).
Able to use inventory or warehouse management systems.
Familiar with printing airway bills and shipping labels.
Knowledge of courier platforms (e.g., Ninja Van, J&T, PosLaju systems).
OTHER SKILSS REQUIREMENT
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing.
Organizational and time management skills to meet shipment deadlines.
Physically fit to handle packing and lifting when required.
Discipline and reliability in following procedures and schedules.
Ability to work under pressure during high-order periods.
Basic numeric skills for counting and verifying stock.
