Content Creator / Marketing Executive
.
Job Responsibilities
Process e-commerce orders: pick goods, pack parcels, and scan shipping labels.
Unload goods
(for male employees).
Organize and tidy goods onto racks
Repack and label items when required.
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory updates.
Handle returned parcels and assist in resolving shipping disputes when necessary.
Requirements
Able to communicate in
English, Malay, and Chinese
.
Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and responsible
Basic computer operation skills
Able to work independently and follow standard operating procedures
Physical ability to handle lifting (up to 25kg) for male staff
