E Commerce (key Account Manager)
Job Description
Responsibility: - Responsible for the growth of the Dyson.com channel by enhancing customer experience, technology, and infrastructure planning & development. - Generating key commercial insights and managing relationships with respective stakeholders. - E-commerce experience in handling official site / dot.com - Experience in visual merchant, UI, and UX (Look and feel of the website and how you could influence purchasing behaviour) - Affiliate marketing background (to collab with Shopback and banks to drive quality to site). Requirements: - Minimum qualification - Degree in any related fields - Minimum years of experience: 3 years of relevant experience. - Skill required: Analytics, Logistics, Website management and eCommerce usability, Web merchandising & Magento System .
