Requirements
- Proficient in Chinese, English & Malayu (spoken and written)
- Familiar with TikTok, Shopee Live or similar platforms
- Interested in live commerce and a strong team player
- Willing to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends)
- Experience in livestreaming, ecommerce or digital marketing is a plus
- Assist in preparing and coordinating live streaming sessions
- Prepare scripts, product information, and visual content
- Communicate with hosts, marketing, and sales teams
- Monitor live performance metrics and generate reports
- Manage livestream equipment and ecommerce listings
- Engage with viewers during livestreams and assist with inquiries
