The e-Commerce Manager reports to the Director of Revenue oversees and directs all aspects of electronic activities with the objectives of bringing the hotel to market speedily and achieving RevPAR-oriented goals consistently. Responsibilities Grow 3rd Party Websites/Online Travel Agents (B2C & B2B) to solicit business opportunities. Ensures that hotel\'s images, information, descriptions in all electronic channels are clear, sharp and up to date and in the event that any updates are required, to communicate it to Marketing Team for follow-up. Performs frequently competitive check and make sure that our rates/offers are competitive with the Market. Research and make suggestion on the electronic channels that is worth invest in order to get the best return on investment. Work closely with key market managers to keep up to dates with promotions or marketing activity that could be beneficial to the property. Requirements Possesses a good knowledge of high technologies related to websites, Online/Electronic Marketing and Word, Excel, PowerPoint Possesses Online Travel Agents/websites, or hotel sales, marketing, reservations, revenue management or electronic work related experience. Excellent interpersonal skills. Required to interact with international profile of guests. Minimum 2 years in hospitality industry of similar revenue generation capacity Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Studies or related certification Able to work independently Must have the right to work in Malaysia -
