Job Description

\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for managing assigned marketplaces (Shopee) including create/amend/edit/update existing and new product listings, product visuals, product descriptions, promotion price setting, shop decoration etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain all marketplace stores and utilize the available marketing tools matters (Seller picks, campaigns, chat broadcast, daily feed, daily customer engagement, voucher tier setting) \xe2\x80\xa2 Work hand-in-hand with E-Commerce Marketing team to drive key e-commerce metrics including but not limited to visitors, conversion rate, basket size and order size and competitor analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all promotion planning by are updated and executed on the assigned marketplaces according to the plans on time/in advance \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate inventory forecast based on targets to achieve and monitor stock movements including conducting actual inventory analysis on daily, monthly and campaign basis. Secure stocks in advance for pre-campaign, campaign and post-campaign and conduct post-mortem to improve sales inventory \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with Customer Service team to ensure all customer queries are responded immediately, including but not limited to related to orders fulfilment period, product info (expiration date/description/SKU code), price, free gifts, etc on marketplace. Also, to provide suggestion for any exchange replacement product due to OOS/constraint/allocation, to re-ship or to refund to customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide monthly sales analysis report and identify key issues and opportunities to increase sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and Maintain product ads \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with warehouse team on forecast order volumes and plan for stocks inbound
