Job Description

Boxgreen is looking for a high-energy, data-driven and no-task-too-small Ecommerce Executive (Online & Offline Sales Channel) with a passion for food and health/wellness to support the Commercial Team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships with our online channel partners.

• To assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts (eg: videos, social media collaterals and campaigns)
• Increase the visibility of the online traffic in strengthening the brand and sales
• Assist in planning and managing online marketing campaign and day-to-day activities
• Develop and manage digital marketing/social media campaigns (eg: creating social media contents and design marketing collaterals such as posters, brochures, buntings, videos).
• Keeping up to date with current digital trends to generate and grow revenue
• Support and work closely with Business Development and Operation department on their sales and marketing needs
• Analyse marketing activities, prepare reports, and suggest improvement measurements from time to time
• Support and handle the online e-commerce platforms / orders
• Upload product images and relevant content onto e-commerce company website
• Responsible for consumers' engagement and attending to customer's enquiries on a day-to-day basis.
• Liaise with e-commerce vendors for maintenance issues to make sure functions are in use
• Conduct performance analysis and prepare service analytics reports for daily tracking, weekly / monthly

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Business Management or any related courses
• Relevant work experience as a digital marketing executive or ecommerce executive is preferred.
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
• Warmth, resourcefulness and good judgment
• Well versed in tiktok, Facebook, Instagram as well as other social media platforms to create awareness and sales
• Artistic and innovative flair
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
• Able to based in KL
