Client Background: US based MNC- operating in 126 countries, close to hundred sales office & showrooms worldwide in Europe, North America and Asia over ten years in order to build a complete portfolio of product lines- Office Interiors Manufacturer. Region offices: Beijing, Dubai, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo, Australia, Europe, Paris, London, Latin America, North America, Boston, Chicago, Holland, San Francisco & more. Products: Seating system, office furniture, storage, tables, collaborative tools & etc

Responsibilities:

Directly responsible for the onsite merchandising and customer experience. Position plays a key role in new sales opportunities and translating them into the site experience. Primary responsibility for driving sales and optimizing conversion.

Maximizes company sales growth by using analytics and customer insights to identify revenue-driving optimizations. Continually monitors, evaluates, and optimizes how the assortment is presented to maximize sales and deliver a seamless customer experience. Executes strategies for onsite marketing, merchandising and promotions. Is accountable for driving online sales, flawless execution and optimizing shopping experience.

Analyses customer behavior, paths, sales, and site metrics as well as competitive benchmarking to better understand customer journeys and sales drivers and identify opportunities and drive conversion.

Leads overall site navigation, searchability, promotional bars, linking tactics and landing pages to optimize revenue and customer engagement goals within our ecommerce channel. Partners closely on executing and testing alternate site experiences for segmented traffic.

Plays a key role in developing insights to understand Company customers and identify ways to unlock growth. Responsible for leading and executing analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights.

Responsible for driving top-line ecommerce sales and making recommendations to ensure the profitability of ecommerce is maximized. Analyses promotional vehicles and events to drive top-line sales and margin.

Designs, develops, and implements methods and strategies to identify revenue opportunities by combining both quantitative and qualitative data into holistic insights.

Provides regular, meaningful insights from data that then enables the team to take action to drive sales and adjust strategy. Monitors performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.

Identifies strategic gaps and long-term growth opportunities for the business by researching industry benchmarks, market trends and competitive landscapes.

Performs regular site audits to ensure category pages, filters, search results and other various site experiences are functioning as expected and makes optimization recommendations.

Identifies the short- and long-term opportunities to improve category shopping experience; creates executional plan and roadmap to address.

Strategizes and executes on-line merchandise plans and tactics for product line(s).

Researches industry trends and provides competitive analysis to identify opportunities in onsite merchandising execution, tactics, and product representation.

Establishes and executes sequencing strategies within product categories utilizing both analytics and company events as key drivers.

Proactively determines merchandising presentation of navigation, category structure, new SKUs, or product categories with advance lead time to impact any changes needed.

Develops documentation of category best practices in merchandising style guide and is accountable for site execution.
