Requirements



Diploma in Business Administration, E-commerce, or any related field. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively. Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret data and generate reports to improve e-commerce performance. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibility



Respond to and manage customer inquiries daily in a timely and professional manner. Assist in maintaining and optimizing operations on various online marketplaces. Monitor and track goods logistics to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to shipments. Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily fulfillment processes. Compile and perform data entry in the system. Training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
