What we want you to do...

• Working within the e-commerce team to develop and grow the e-commerce operations across different markets.
• Driving Luxasia\'s brands\' performance on third party online marketplaces and brand websites.
• The day-to-day operational execution - includes managing the orders, content, Inventory, price, Q&A, Live Chat and other operational fulfillment.
• Working closely with e-commerce service providers and partners in the different markets.
• Working closely with internal team such as Finance and Warehouse for reconciliation and parcel delivery.
• Analyzing data and trends to identify efficient ways to drive performance.
• Developing and optimizing processes and tools to improve scalability across the different markets.
• Generating Reports for reconciliation and sales.
• Other Ad-hoc tasks related to the role when required.

• Bachelor of Business, Tech or Engineering from a Top Tier school.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel tools.
• Prior experience with SAP is a plus
• Prior experience in e-commerce 3rd party marketplace like Lazada & Shopee is a plus.
