E Commerce Operations Assistant

Job Description

Upload and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, WooCommerce), ETC. Ensure product information is accurate and SEO-optimized. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or suppliers to prevent stock outs. Process incoming customer orders and ensure timely dispatch. Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners. Track orders and handle any delays or delivery issues. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone. Handle complaints, returns, and refund requests in a professional and timely manner. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



SPM & Above Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Excel / Google Sheets - for inventory, sales reports, and data entry Word / Docs - for preparing reports or documents PowerPoint / Slides - for presentations or marketing proposals

Working Hour:



Monday-Friday (8:00 AM- 5:00 PM)

Saturday (8:00 AM- 1:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
