What You'll Be Doing
1. Order Fulfilment & Packing
Pick, pack and prepare daily orders
Print and apply shipping labels (training provided)
Sort parcels for courier pickup
Handle returns, damaged items and repacking
Keep the packing area clean, organised, and efficient
2. Inventory Management
Daily stock counts
Update inventory sheets
Check incoming stock and report issues
Basic QC for defects, damaged pumps, leaks, etc.
3. Admin & Customer Support
Reply to customer messages professionally
Update order notes, issues and tracking
Assist with simple Shopify tasks (status updates)
Follow up with suppliers via WhatsApp/email
Maintain daily records, reports and checklists
Create PO
4. General Expectations
Show up on time every day
Follow SOPs
Keep high accuracy in packing
Communicate clearly with the founder
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday:
10am to 2pm (from home) 2pm to 6pm (on site)
Saturday:
10am to 2pm (from home)

Week 1 (Half Day) (Order fulfilment training from 2-6pm)
Learn packing SOPs
Learn stock count SOP
Learn QC procedures
Learn courier label printing
Learn order packing priority system
Week 2 (Half Day) (Admin training + fulfill orders)(2-6pm)
Start packing independently
Learn admin tasks
Learn customer service templates
Learn supplier follow-up templates
Learn daily reporting system
Other administrative tasks
Week 3-4
Operate independently with supervision
Stabilise speed, accuracy and workflow
Begin handling full fulfilment and daily ops
Trial Month & Salary Structure
Trial Month (RM800 Paid Training Trial Month)
First 2 weeks (Part Time Training)
Hours: 2pm to 6pm
Next 2 weeks (Full-Time Hours)
Hours: 10am-6pm (Mon-Fri), 10am-2pm (Sat)
Purpose: To assess fit before full offer.
Once confirmed with full time offer:
Full-Time Salary : RM2,300/month
EPF & SOCSO included.

Education
Minimum: Diploma required
Experience
At least
1 year
in any of the following:
Fulfilment / warehouse / packing
Retail stock operations
Admin or customer service
Shopee/Lazada operations
Courier or parcel handling
