Possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma.
Those with successful e-commerce experience are preferred.
Positive working attitude, passionate about e-commerce business, able to adapt to the needs of e-commerce business in terms of working hours arrangement, able to accept last minute work arrangement and overtime.
The company will focus on training those who have no experience and are willing to learn hard.
No matter whether you have experience or not, you need to start from the basic work and be familiar with the basic operation to facilitate the follow-up work.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple E-commerce business accounts ( Shopee, Lazada , Tiktok & etc.) and daily operations including product development, logistics arrangement, inventory replenishment, customer service enquiry, payment settlements and follow up sales orders, etc.
Maintain and update product listing, pricing, inventory, promotion mechanics to ensure seamless customer journey.
Ability to merge eCommerce implementation & branding strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
Basic understanding in data & competitive analysis related to key metrics within the eCommerce landscape to increase business opportunities in online marketplaces/platforms.
Liaise & maintain good relationships with marketplaces to understand market trends and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.
Work closely with different stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure smooth business operation.
Responsible on monthly/campaign reports, analysis reports and presentation.
Liaise with graphic designer by preparing creative brief to conceptualize product contents, onsite banners and advertising creatives.
To provide customer support on the product inquiry, live chat and after sales services
Monthly e-commerce SKU management and optimization
Stay up to date with the latest competitor\'s activities and best practices, acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
Assist Management in driving strategic developments, planning for online business, and identifying new potential business platform.
Conduct market research and provide recommendations to Management.
Evaluate customer journey in order to improve customer experience, enhance customer satisfaction and drive business for online & offline platforms.
Liaise with the account manager of e-commerce platform in relation to participating promotion campaigns and strategic marketing investment.
Support branding activities including marketing and promotion campaigns, VIP events, exhibition, point-of-sales marketing, etc.
Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
