Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:



Online store fulfilment process & monitoring include arranging stock for fulfilment. To match the payment received against the e-commerce sale (i.e., Shopee, Lazada) invoices. To check the reason for short payment. To follow up outstanding claim / payment from e-commerce marketplace vendor (i.e., Shopee, Lazada). To assist in preparation of e-commerce report for management. Monitoring warehouse fulfilment status & keep updating. Monitoring all failed delivery, return & refund order status. Cross checking return item condition to accept return or reject. Submit cases or claim & monitoring the claim status on marketplace & courier. Communicate with customer service team & outlet to arrange self-collection for customer. Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements:



Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage Required Skill(s): using spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookup etc) Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook Knowledge of E-commerce space, SEO will be an added advantage Able to work under pressure and handle tight timeline Candidate must possess at least STPM/ A-Level/ Diploma in any field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
