Job Responsibilities: eCommerce Sales Management Manage the operations of e-commerce platforms, execution of promotions and campaigns, order fulfilment, customer experience, product listings and other operational activities. Manage customers\' inquiries and resolved issues in a timely manner i.e., via chat or other form of communication. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to manage ecommerce platform. Work with sales administration/ operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process with excellent customer satisfaction. Promotion and campaign management Work with content team to setup product listings, shop-in-shop designs and ensure content are aligned with the brand\'s marketing and sales promotion plans. Monitoring and analysis Monitor competitors, products, market pricing and customer feedback and recommend improvement. Conduct post-campaign analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring. Support to generate reports for analysis and insights on promotion and campaign performances. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication/Brand & Advertising/Business Administration or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of experience in online brand marketing. Digital / Social media savvy. Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate and enjoy interacting with different level of people ranging from internal employees, to business partners, dealers and end users. 5 days week job.
