- Create and update product listings on the company website and multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Assist customers via chat, email, or phone regarding product inquiries, orders, and returns.
- Manage online orders, update order status, and coordinate shipping or delivery.
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and purchases.
- Manage and update social media pages with promotions, new product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit and create short videos for social media platforms like TikTok.
- Monitor and compare competitor pricing to ensure our products are competitively priced.
