• Manage and optimize online listings on marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok.
• Update stock levels and manage inventory across all platforms.

3. Website Maintenance:

• Maintain and update the company website.
• Review and improve the quality of images and banners.
• Ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for sales.

4. Order Processing:

• Pack and prepare products for shipping.
• Arrange product shipping and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Handle returns and exchange requests.

5. After-Sales Service:

• Follow up with customers post-purchase.
• Request and manage customer reviews.
• Engage with customers to promote new arrivals and special offers.

6. Social Media Management:

• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
• Create and schedule posts to engage and grow the online community.

7. Content Creation:

• Create engaging and high-quality content for all platforms.

8. Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and implement online marketing strategies.
• Run promotions and special campaigns to drive sales.
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize accordingly.

9. Administrative Duties:

• Update and maintain product listings.
• Monitor and report on e-commerce performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive online presence.
