Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track incoming shipments by preparing shipment arrival notification documents (pre-alert & SAP inbound notification) for MY local shipments
Review and submit order Purchase Order to Brands partner (BP). Key person for communication with BP in terms of scheduling shipment or any shipment related issue.
Proactively communicates with Commercial Team in terms of PO issuance, article creation, PLC update & any report or stock inquiry update.
Work closely with 3PL warehouse teams to ensure GR completion on time & to manage any issue persist on the shipment arrival with the assistance of warehouse logistic executive.
Manage Inbound discrepancies & ensure shortage & damage highlighted to BP accordingly.
Manage return of expiry & damage items to BP accordingly based on the cut off timeline.
Ensure tax invoice & credit note are posted accordingly to the Purchase Order / Return Order.
Assist with intercompany shipments across SEA regional LUXASIA, LEAP Commerce companies
Skills Required
SAP & good Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent Luxasia in external meetings
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with teams as appropriate
Ability to work effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and prioritize responsibilities.
