E Commerce & Warehouse Assistant
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
E-Commerce:
Manage and update online store listings (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, etc.).
Process and fulfil online orders accurately and on time.
Monitor stock levels and update inventory across online platforms.
Assist in online promotions, campaigns, and product uploads.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback via online platforms and social media.
Warehouse:
Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.
Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery.
Ensure proper stock labelling and inventory arrangement.
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area.

Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
Experience in e-commerce operations or warehouse work is an advantage.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets).
Familiar with online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Able to work independently and in a team.
Physically fit and able to handle goods when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
