About the Role

This role requires an ability to understand personal growth content and how to communicate personal growth to a large audience. You are the person who understands how to do messaging and positioning on all communication channels (email, social media) and are able to propose the best ideas for content to be distributed. When the teams are preparing the content in the content calendar you proposed, you are also able to feedback the content at all times. At least, you also manage a team of copywriters.

Responsibilities

• Final responsible for reviewing all content that goes out on our main channels (Social Media, Email), and proposing the right angles for the content and copy going out, being the key owner of the messaging, content calendar, and reviewing/feedbacking items before they go out.
• Managing the team of copywriters
• Responsible for bringing on external and industry wide experts, knowledge and innovations to make the content going out more streamlined and consistent as a company and additionally scale revenue.

Requirements

• Love for Personal growth content and understanding of Mindvalley related content
• 3+ years experience in Communications, PR and Social Media (campaign) review as Editor in Chief type of role.

• 3+ years experience in Team management.
• Proven track record of growing a brand via social media, PR, branding and storytelling.

• Proven track record of being adaptable and making smooth changes based on data.
• Mission driven and passionate about distributing life-changing messages across platforms.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• High levels of autonomy, self-motivation and self-organisation.
• Project management experience. We always have various projects going on and work with multiple teams.
