Job Description

We are looking for an

EdTech & Innovation Manager

to drive digital learning initiatives, manage LMS platforms, and support innovative educational technologies. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with experience in digital learning or EdTech, who can troubleshoot systems, guide faculty, and optimize learning experiences through technology.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

LMS administration

including course setup, user registration, and access permissions. Troubleshoot and resolve LMS or learning portal issues for students and staff. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to manage

integrations, updates, and feature development

. Transform LMS analytics into actionable insights to improve faculty engagement, student outcomes, and learning strategies. Utilize

data visualization and analytics tools

(Power BI, Google Data Studio) for performance monitoring and predictive insights. Ensure compliance with

data privacy (GDPR, PDPA), accessibility (WCAG), and IP regulations

. Design and execute

EdTech strategies

aligned with institutional learning objectives. Mentor and support a multidisciplinary team of learning designers, engagement officers, and EdTech professionals. Conduct workshops and demonstrations to encourage adoption of innovative technologies.

Skills & Requirements

Master's degree

in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Education, or related field with

5+ years' experience

in digital learning technology;
OR

Bachelor's degree

with

10+ years' relevant experience

. Hands-on experience with

LMS platforms

(e.g., Moodle) and educational technologies. Proficiency in

learning analytics, digital platform management, and EdTech integrations

. Understanding of

AI applications in education

is an advantage. Strong project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication in English; ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
