Company Background

Our client is a Malaysia-based technology company specializing in data center infrastructure solutions, including UPS systems, power converters, and micro data centers that ensure stable power supply and efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability and efficiency. Develop, implement, and monitor production processes to meet quality, cost, and productivity targets. Troubleshoot design or process issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process optimization. Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications. Communicate with clients to understand requirements and represent their needs in the field. Conduct experiments and tests to optimize process parameters and equipment performance. Provide technical support and training to production personnel. Oversee project quality control, including budget, schedule, and team performance. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, regulations, and company standards.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Familiar with new product introduction (NPI), production processes, and improvement methodologies. Strong desire to succeed, proactive attitude, and willingness to take on challenges. Clear career goals and willingness to grow into management responsibilities. Responsible, reliable, and committed to self-development and accountability. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Salary Range: RM 3,500 -
