Responsibilities:





As a E-Learning Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering impactful e-learning solutions that enhance learning experiences across our organization.


Design and develop engaging e-learning content (videos, quizzes, interactive modules), ensuring SCORM compliance. Create animations, interactive elements, and multimedia content using various tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Articulate Storyline, Vyond, or equivalent). Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate content into effective learning experiences. Test, troubleshoot, and update e-learning modules to ensure seamless user experience. Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in instructional design and e-learning development.

Requirements:




Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Education Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of hands-on experience in e-learning design and development. Strong knowledge of SCORM standards and learning management systems (LMS). Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and animation software. Creative design sense with attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to work at
