General \xef\x81\xae Attending positively all of design team\xe2\x80\x99s works \xef\x81\xae Reviews local regulations, codes and standards necessary to conduct technical studies and carry out project design and permitting work \xef\x81\xae Review construction documents & Preparing review documents as RFI, drawings, reports, schedule, 3D BIM model and etc. \xef\x81\xae Creating an environment that fosters technical excellence, accuracy and timeliness \xef\x81\xae Provides technical support and project communications to team as required Roles & Responsibility \xef\x81\xae Responsibility: Design Electrical engineer will accept responsibility for all of site design work and demonstrate a highly organized and systematic approach to a successful construction completion. \xef\x81\xae Time Management: Demonstrate a high degree of time management skill and constantly seek to streamline processes and procedures in order to increase quality and efficiency. \xef\x81\xae Shop Drawing Management: Manage all drawing submissions, from Shop Drawings to As-Built Drawings, for on time delivery. Review all submittals for accuracy, efficiency, and thoroughness. \xef\x81\xae Lead Technical Meetings: Lead and actively participate in Technical Meetings, Client Meetings, Internal Meetings, etc. Ensure all meetings are documented with meeting minutes and RFIs are recorded and updated on a weekly basis. \xef\x81\xae Design and Construction: Review local regulations, codes and standards necessary to conduct technical studies. Familiar with various construction methods and methods. \xef\x81\xae Effective communication: Understand and demonstrate the need for open and direct communication, both verbally and in writing. \xef\x81\xae Taking initiative: Maintain a strategic outlook, anticipate problems, weigh options, and plan for execution with contingencies, while seeking opportunity for improvement of the team and the project. \xef\x81\xae System and space coordination: Coordinate with other facilities to avoid clash. Coordinate with other systems to supply power and data without any missing devices in project. \xef\x81\xae Leading shop drawing : Managing, monitoring and reporting of subcontractor\xe2\x80\x99s shop status
