Job Description

Title: Electrical Procurement Engineer Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Provides technical and engineering support and guidance to project team \xc2\xb7 Monitors the performance of the electrical and electronic systems \xc2\xb7 Ensures that electrical and electronic systems meet statutory and regulatory requirements \xc2\xb7 Undertakes in-depth analyses/studies of problems and identifies longer-term solutions and/or options \xc2\xb7 Supports production installations with maintenance planning, delivery and troubleshooting activities \xc2\xb7 Reviews and comments on supplier information and assists with specification and ordering of materials and equipment, and inspection and testing activities \xc2\xb7 Produces budgets and plans for specific studies or modifications and manages the cost control process \xc2\xb7 Undertakes general Project Engineering studies and activities \xc2\xb7 Develops procedures relating to mechanical operations, design and maintenance \xc2\xb7 Ensures safe, reliable and environmentally responsible operations \xc2\xb7 Ensures activities comply with relevant industry/company codes and standards \xc2\xb7 Designs and specifies new or replacement equipment \xc2\xb7 Reports any breaches of safety procedures to supervision / management \xc2\xb7 Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures, and ensures personal safety .Any other related job scope as assigned by reporting supervisor Others : . must be well versed with oil & gas, refinery and petrochemical plants construction . Positive thinking and willingness to learn . Have good procurement experiences from RFQ to logistics arrangement . well versed with local regulations Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 36 months Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

Experience:

• engineering procurement: 6 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Chinese (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
