Job Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in electrical installation, preferably in retail, commercial, or fit-out industries.
• Familiar with electrical drawings, Single-line diagrams (SLD), DB schedules, and installation standards.
• Knowledge of ST requirements, local authority submissions, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and site coordination skills.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on project needs.
• Possess own transport and able to travel to multiple job sites.

Tanggungjawab
The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all electrical installation works for retail fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. This role requires hands-on supervision at project sites, including night work, after-hours installations, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Installation Works : Supervise and perform wiring, lighting installation, DB setup, and testing/commissioning according to drawings, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate Site Activities : Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth installation and timely completion of retail fit-out works.
• Ensure Quality & Safety Compliance : Monitor workmanship, enforce safety practices, conduct inspections, and resolve electrical issues to maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Conduct Night/After-Hours Installation : Oversee electrical installation during night shifts or mall after-hours as required for retail operations and project timelines.
• Reporting & Documentation : Update daily site progress, record testing results, and report any risks, delays, or material needs to the project team.
