Elevator Technician - Testing & Commissioning, QC & Troubleshooting and Site Surveys
Location:
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
Key Responsibilities
Installation of elevator components (mechanical & electrical)
Testing and commissioning of lifts (including controller parameter setup)
Conducting QC inspections prior to handover
Attending breakdowns and performing troubleshooting
Handling site surveys and preparing measurement reports
Required Skills & Experience
5-7 years experience in lift installation or commissioning.
Strong knowledge of elevator systems (MRL, gearless, home lifts).
Ability to read drawings and wiring diagrams.
Capable of working independently in remote locations.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Must be willing to travel frequently across East Malaysia.
Strict adherence to safety requirements.
Additional Requirements
Outstation jobs typically require
minimum of 2 weeks
on-site.
Daily updates through the company's reporting system are mandatory.
Must coordinate closely with Malaysia HQ and local contractors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
