Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
1. Hands-on ELV Implementation Expertise - proven field experience in low-voltage intelligent systems, with specialized knowledge of network infrastructure, CCTV, and vehicle barrier gate subsystem installation practices.
2. Team Leadership & Site Supervision - collaborate with the Project Manager to recruit skilled ELV technicians; lead on-site crews, enforce quality standards, and ensure full compliance with safety protocols.
3. Documentation & Design Support - assist in preparing, reviewing, and refining project drawings, process documentation, and all required deliverables for intelligent building ELV systems.
4. Procurement & Logistics Coordination - track equipment procurement cycles, manage inbound/outbound material records, and maintain accurate shipping/receiving archives.
5. Administrative Excellence - handle daily document organization, filing, distribution, and general office duties with precision and efficiency.
6. Communication Proficiency - fluent in English with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
7. Mobility - willingness to travel within Malaysia as project demands arise.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
