Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the site coordination process to ensure that ELV services are delivered in accordance with client requirements and the respective design documents.
• Manage the design deliverables from client and designers to contractors.
• Review contractor works program and resource plan.
• Attend all Daily & Weekly Site Meetings during the project execution phase of the works.
• Liaise regularly with the property operations teams, facilities management, casino and hospitality operations etc.
• Possess good communications skills to deal daily with contractors and Client stakeholders.
• Provide advise during construction of the project and issue further notices, clarifications and further design documents as necessary and for the duration of the project.
• Investigate site problems related to the consultant\xe2\x80\x99s design documents and develop solutions, in cooperation with other professionals, to overcome the problems as appropriate.
• Provide regular reports on the progress of works.
• Management of the rectification works and preparation and management of the defects list.
• Review all as built documentation and technical manuals for completeness.
• Conduct periodic inspection of the works and prepare reports as necessary of any outstanding issues to be dealt with by the alliance contractor indicating whether or not the works are in accordance with the design intent as expressed by the design documents.
• Coordinate with ELV and Electrical contractors for the cable containment installation.
• Monitoring of ELV installation quality and schedule management
• Coordination between ELV and other trade contractors on installation sequence and coordination issues.
• Site communication and problem solving in relation to installation works.
• Familiar with GBI, Green mark and authorities\' requirements will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Good in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Required to participate and represent the Company in any assigned events as instructed by Management.
• Timely identification and compliance to all internal and external risk management aspects related to work performance in line with the Quality Management System of the Company.
• Execute any other related duties assigned to you from time to time by your immediate superior within the category of your employment in the Company.
• That you will not divulge any information concerning the Company of their dealing, transactions of affairs which may come to your knowledge during or in the course of your employment with the company.
• Note * - Primary location for this position shall be in Penang

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Electrical Engineering.
• ELV and MEP services management track record on major projects.
• 10 years of experience and technically competent on the following systems: CCTV, Surveillance & Security Systems, Access Control, Back Ground Music, PA systems, Structured Cabling and all associated ELV Systems.
• ELV System interface experience with fit out design.
• Experience in high impact projects in a medium to large scale environment
• Ability to work independently with strong leadership competencies
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Project Management software understanding are basic requirement for this position
• Timely and accurate report generation capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 36 months Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month Benefits:
