\xc2\xa7 Manage post account opening activities. To ensure smooth delivery of product bundling and post services to the customers upon account opened.

\xc2\xa7 Guide customers to go through the onboarding/sign up journey and the setup of business tools.

\xc2\xa7 Improve utilization rate of product bundling and banking services.

\xc2\xa7 Ensure customer satisfaction and good customer experience.

\xc2\xa7 Be one of the go-to people Digital Banking knowledge in the bank, including knowledge of relevant processes, systems, policy, and procedures.

\xc2\xa7 Proactively look for ways to help customers solving their problems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking and various banking departments.
• Very proficient in computers, smartphones, tablets and their operating systems, software and other technologies.
• Has direct client facing experience with Small Medium Enterprises.
