Job Summary




As an Employee Banking Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our customer base by focusing on acquiring new-to-bank clients for CASA (Current Account Savings Account). Your primary responsibilities will include engaging potential customers through on-site roadshows and events, promoting banking products, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance their banking experience.

Job Responsibilities



Actively look out and engage with potential new customers, understand their banking needs, and effectively promote CASA accounts and upsell credit cards. Conduct on-site roadshows and promotional events to create awareness of banking products. To build strong relationships with new customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to enhance their banking experience. Conduct remote KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures and collect all necessary documents for account opening and pre-fill forms. To cross-sell additional products and conduct initial setup for online banking, ATMs, client centers, and stores. Ensure the onboarding process is seamless and assist customers in activating their accounts while providing excellent customer service.

Job Requirements



Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience as Corporate Banking, Deposit Relationship Manager, or other related roles. Experience in managing company corporate deposit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
