As an Employee Benefits Expert (Executive) at MRMC Consultants Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in helping clients design and implement comprehensive employee benefits packages. Working in our Kuala Lumpur office, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides strategic guidance and innovative solutions to organisations across the Banking & Financial Services industry.ResponsibilitiesWhat you\'ll be doing

  • Conducting in-depth assessments of clients\' current employee benefits offerings and identifying opportunities for enhancement
  • Researching industry trends and best practices to develop tailored benefits packages for clients
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their unique organisational needs and priorities
  • Preparing detailed proposals and recommendations for client consideration
  • Implementing and managing new employee benefits programmes, including communication and training for staff
  • Monitoring and analysing the performance of employee benefits programmes, and suggesting improvements
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant legislation and regulations
