Join us and become a Heartist\xc2\xae.Reporting to the Hotel Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
  • Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained as well as to promote Mercure Brand promise
  • Plan and set up strategy to develop the revenue of F&B Department
  • Strategize on new products and service offerings
  • Financial planning to perform within targeted parameter
  • Managing operations of the Food and Beverage venues and ensuring consistent exceptional customer service
  • Driven project leader and concept creator
  • Support all the food and beverage outlets at the property
Qualifications
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Detailed F&B knowledge, including wine, food, mid-size banquet, weddings
  • Operational experience 3 years at an equivalent position in an international 5-star brand is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Creative and display a flair for F&B related marketing and entertainment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malayisa language is a plus.
