Job Description

This role is 6 months contract with extendable

Location: Damansara

Support a critical Technology Refresh project alongside ongoing Business-As-Usual (BAU) device management. This role requires hands-on experience in endpoint provisioning, Microsoft Intune policy administration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless device deployment and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Manage and execute large-scale endpoint deployments via Microsoft Intune and related automation tools.
2- Configure, monitor, and enforce device compliance policies and security baselines through Microsoft Intune.
3- Coordinate software and patch deployment across endpoint devices.
4- Troubleshoot endpoint and Intune-related issues, including log analysis and user support escalation.
5- Collaborate with project teams and BAU staff to ensure smooth device transitions and ongoing device management.
6- Maintain documentation and support governance processes related to endpoint management.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
