Provide insight and advice to the maintenance management team on effectively implementing the work program and long-term maintenance strategies.
Develop computerized deterioration models in dTIMS for the purpose of investigating the achievement of asset performance objectives under various loading and budget scenarios.
Compute the whole-of-life maintenance and road user costs of maintaining assets for long-term financial planning and fund sourcing.
Optimize the maintenance strategy to achieve the best benefit/ cost.
Keep up with the latest technology and knowledge in asset modeling and apply relevant technology to existing issues and challenges.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or related field.
3 to 5 years experience in the asset management sector.
Intermediate knowledge of dTIMS software for pavement deterioration models.
Knowledge in pavement analysis and design.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset,
