In your new role you will: Coordinate and monitor implementation of Radiation management system and drive improvement programs and activities related to the requirements. Perform periodic radiation audit, monitor and follow up audit corrective and preventive actions. To maintain internal and authority ionizing radiation management database. Provide radiation training plantwide as required by law. Assists communication with authorities and corporate colleagues to demonstrate compliance to radiation requirements. Promote employees and contractors safety and health awareness through induction, training and campaign. Perform periodic safety inspection. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree inDegree in Occupation Safety and Health, Science or Engineering Minimum 2 years experience in Occupational Health and Safety Certified Radiation Protection Officer Knowledgeable in radiation management Knowledgeable in the health and safety hazards identification, assessment, controls and prevention related to Radiation management Certified Safety and Health Officer Posses good judgement to determine reaction and response, thus able to make sound decisions on Radiation Safety Well versed with safety, health and environment requirements for infrastructure, equipment and installations and production processes Possess excellent written and verbal communication skill on ESH, able to prepare ESH communication, training material and communicate clearly to relay such information Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
