Receive and handling of Remedy HD (Helpdesk) Incidents and CR (Change Request) Tickets. Remedy serves as the central Infineon IT ticketing platform
Perform applications CRs (Change Request) from Application Owner on monthly basis. CRs implementation will be prioritize according to urgency
Assists in solving incidents where the 2nd level Master Data Team is unable to solve Collaborate with Master Data developers and application owner to find for solutions
Communicate with Application Owner to obtain more information regarding the CRs to be implemented, propose man days estimation of development effort
Perform problem management i.e. root cause analysis why similar problem reoccur and propose a solution to fix it
Handle Master Data application release process
Involve and participate in project activity
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor Degree with emphasis in an IT related field or the equivalent skill
Working experience of 0-3 years
Willingness to acquire broad knowledge about the Master Data applications: the maintained data objects, the data object dependencies and the Master Data interfaces
Good communication skills and disposition to deal with application owner, developers and support team
PL/SQL and C# programming skills
Knowledge in analytical problem identification
Problem solving skills and fluent English
