In your new role you will:

• Owner of electrical test yield after M9, monitor and work with FE orbusiness divisions to improve electrical test yield
• Support burn-in monitoring, engineering sample, FAR and qualificationlots\' yield, data and reject analysis
• Owner of SBA violated lots\' initial assessment and disposition
• Support and analyze tester\'s Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
• Owner to perform regular review of SBA (statistical bin analysis),ALFand PGS+ Ype for post-M9 products with business division productengineering and production management
• Monitor and drive for DDM and ALF reduction thru SBA optimization,yield improvement and root cause elimination
• Support new product release, verify and ensure electrical test yieldis meeting planned yield and test program is stable before M8
• Support FAR on test data and yield analysis, fault analysis,simulation and 8D report (root-cause finding, containment, permanentactions and test escapee root cause)

• Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering(Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Physics/MaterialScience/Chemistry/Semiconductor Technology)
• Minimum 2 years or fresh entry (experience in semiconductor product andtesting will be an added advantage)
• Knowledge in statistical data analysis
• Able to operate test cell (uFlex/A565) in production and perform labbench measurement using oscilloscope, multi-meter, function generatorand source-meter will add advantage.
• Schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation and device physics basicknowhow
• Experienced in projects management, analytical, problem-solving tools& skills
